At Panchrishi Ayurved, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since our products are Ayurvedic and personal care items, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy to ensure product quality and hygiene.

1. No Refund Policy

🚫 Once a product is purchased, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
🚫 Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and health-related products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the product is delivered.
🚫 We do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with product results, as individual experiences may vary.


2. Replacement Policy

Although we do not offer refunds, we ensure that you receive the correct and undamaged product. We only provide replacements in the following cases:

Wrong Product Received – If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
Damaged or Defective Product – If the product is delivered in a damaged condition (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).

To request a replacement, you must:
1️⃣ Email us at info@panchrishiayurved.in within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2️⃣ Attach clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
3️⃣ Wait for our team to verify and approve the replacement request.

🚚 If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


3. Cancellation Policy

🔸 Before Shipping: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
🔸 After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once dispatched.
